Men face unique challenges that are often complex and multidimensional. Not knowing where to turn for support or what to do when you have the support can be frustrating, stressful, and even scary. There's almost nothing more difficult than trying to succeed just to feel like you're smashing into a brick wall daily. My approach might be different than others--I will challenge you to face your fears, feeling empowered and in control along the way to managing the competing responsibilities demanding all of your time and energy. Learn how to control your anger and channel it into being productive, end the cycle of blaming yourself and blaming others, and start the process of detoxifying yourself so you can relearn how to enjoy life and all of the relationships that come along with this. In the process of healing, you will receive no judgement from me, only honest feedback that will present you with a realistic possiblity of understanding your emotions so your emotions don't wind up controlling your behavior.
